2. Purpose and Nature of the Event
FEARLESS CONGRESS 2026 is an altruistic, formative, and spiritual congress focused on the integral, personal, and emotional development of men, held on April 17, 18, and 19, 2026, at Santuario de los Mártires, Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. The event's purpose is to accompany attendees through a process of reflection, healing, and strengthening of their identity and life purpose, from a Christian and humanist perspective.
Proceeds from ticket sales partially support La Barranca — Centro Educativo, a social-benefit institution that provides primary and secondary education to students in vulnerable situations.
Attendance at the event does not guarantee or replace any kind of medical, psychological, or professional therapeutic treatment. The content of the conferences is exclusively formative, motivational, and spiritual in nature.
3. Third-Party Platforms
Ticket sales are conducted through the RegFox platform; payment processing is handled by Stripe. The Organizer does not store, process, or have access to banking information, credit card data, or any other financial data of the user.
The Organizer is not responsible for failures, interruptions, errors, or conduct of such platforms, which are subject to their own terms of service and privacy policies that the user should consult directly.
4. Registration and Ticket Purchase
To purchase tickets, the user must:
- Provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information on the registration form.
- Accept these Terms and Conditions at the time of completing the purchase.
- Have a valid and active email address to which the confirmation and ticket will be sent.
Once payment is confirmed and processed, the ticket will be sent to the email address provided at registration. The ticket is strictly personal and non-transferable, except with the Organizer's express written authorization.
The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, without liability, any registrations made with false, duplicate, or fraudulent information.
5. No-Refund Policy and Event Changes
5.1 Final Purchases
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as expressly indicated in writing by the Organizer.
5.2 Program Modifications
By purchasing any ticket, the attendee expressly acknowledges and accepts that the Organizer reserves the right to modify, without prior notice and at its sole discretion, the following elements of the event:
- Confirmed or announced speakers, presenters, and artists.
- Session schedules, dates, duration, or sequence.
- Program order and thematic content of the conferences.
- Physical location within the venue, or change of venue within the same city.
- Event format (in-person, virtual, or hybrid), in duly justified exceptional cases.
- Any other logistical, technical, or content-related aspect.
5.3 Substitution or Absence of Speakers
The cancellation, substitution, change in participation, or absence of one or more speakers or presenters, for any reason (including health issues, force majeure, prior commitments, or the speaker's own decision), does not constitute grounds for a refund, financial compensation, or ticket exchange of any kind. The ticket grants access to the event as a whole, and not to the participation of any particular speaker.
The programming published on the website and in promotional materials is merely indicative and does not constitute a binding contractual obligation for the Organizer.
6. Force Majeure and Fortuitous Events
The Organizer shall not be liable for the total or partial cancellation, suspension, modification, or postponement of the event due to force majeure or fortuitous events, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters, earthquakes, floods, fires, or other climatic or environmental contingencies.
- Health emergencies, epidemics, pandemics, or containment measures decreed by competent authorities.
- Acts of governmental authority, mobility restrictions, or bans on public gatherings.
- Social conflicts, strikes, or demonstrations that prevent access to or operation of the venue.
- Infrastructure technical failures beyond the Organizer's control (electricity, telecommunications, network).
- Any other unforeseeable, unavoidable, and irresistible event as established by Mexican law.
In the event of total cancellation due to force majeure or fortuitous events, the Organizer will determine at its discretion, within a reasonable period, whether any of the following alternatives are appropriate, without creating a legal refund obligation: (a) partial refund of the ticket value, less administrative expenses and prior commitments already incurred; (b) a credit applicable to future events organized by the Association; or (c) access to equivalent virtual content of the event. The Organizer will inform attendees of the chosen alternative through the registered email address.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Organizer, its directors, partners, employees, volunteers, collaborators, suppliers, and sponsors shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages that may arise from:
- Personal injuries, accidents, or health impacts to the attendee during the event.
- Loss, theft, misplacement, or damage of personal belongings inside or around the venue.
- Technical failures in the livestream transmission or virtual-ticket platform.
- Interruptions, latency, or insufficient quality of the user's internet connection for the virtual ticket.
- Personal decisions, behavioral changes, or emotional states resulting from the event's content.
- Any act or omission of third parties inside the venue or its immediate surroundings.
The Organizer's maximum liability to the attendee, for any cause and under any legal theory, shall not exceed in any case the nominal value of the ticket purchased by such attendee.
8. Voluntary Assumption of Risk
The in-person attendee expressly declares and acknowledges that they:
- Attend the event freely, voluntarily, and at their own responsibility.
- Voluntarily assume all risks inherent to participating in a public mass event, including exposure to crowds, weather conditions, heavy pedestrian traffic, and any risks associated with the venue or its surroundings.
- Have, or are responsible for having, medical coverage, medical-expense insurance, or any other insurance they deem appropriate, should it be required during or en route to the event.
The Organizer is not obligated to provide emergency medical services beyond the basic first aid available at the venue, in accordance with the venue's regulations.
9. Virtual Ticket — Specific Conditions
The virtual ticket grants access to the live-streaming service during the event days and to the replay of each recorded session, within the access window officially published on the event website. The specific conditions are:
- The Organizer does not guarantee uninterrupted, continuous, or latency-free availability of the streaming service, which may be affected by technical factors, third-party providers, or infrastructure beyond its control.
- No refunds will be granted for connection issues or picture/audio quality problems attributable to the user's device, internet speed, or settings.
- Access to virtual content is strictly personal and non-transferable. It is linked to the email address provided at purchase and may not be shared, assigned, or used simultaneously on multiple devices or unauthorized sessions.
- The transmitted content is the exclusive property of the Organizer and/or the speakers. Recording, screen capture, reproduction, distribution, or retransmission, in whole or in part, by any medium or platform, is strictly prohibited without the Organizer's prior written authorization.
- Violation of the usage restrictions of the virtual ticket entitles the Organizer to immediately cancel access, without refund, and to pursue any applicable legal actions.
10. Intellectual Property and Recording Prohibition
All content presented during the event — including lectures, talks, panels, dynamics, audiovisual material, live and recorded music, presentations, graphics, and any other material — is the exclusive property of the Organizer and/or the corresponding speakers or artists, and is protected by the Mexican Federal Copyright Law, the Industrial Property Law, and other applicable legislation in the United Mexican States.
It is strictly prohibited, without the Organizer's prior written authorization, to:
- Record, film, or video-capture, in whole or in part, any conference, talk, or activity of the event.
- Systematically photograph or photograph for distribution purposes the projected content or presented materials.
- Transmit, retransmit, or perform unauthorized streaming by any medium or platform.
- Reproduce, distribute, sublicense, or commercialize, partially or entirely, any event content.
- Take screenshots of the livestream for purposes other than strictly personal and private use.
Violation of this prohibition entitles the Organizer to: (a) immediately remove the attendee from the event, without right to a refund; (b) pursue the corresponding civil and criminal actions under the Federal Copyright Law and other applicable legislation; and (c) demand compensation for damages caused.
The Organizer reserves the right to capture photographs, video, and audio during the event for promotional, educational, and institutional outreach purposes. The attendee authorizes the Organizer to capture and use their image, voice, and likeness during participation in the event for promotional, educational, or commercial purposes, without this creating any right to compensation.
11. Code of Conduct and Venue Access
The attendee agrees to maintain respectful, peaceful conduct consistent with the formative and spiritual spirit of the event. In particular, the attendee must:
- Respect all attendees, speakers, volunteers, and event staff, without distinction.
- Refrain from carrying dangerous objects, prohibited substances, or any item that endangers the integrity of others.
- Follow the instructions of security personnel, volunteers, and event staff at all times.
- Respect the internal policies of Santuario de los Mártires or any venue where the event is held.
The Organizer reserves the right to deny access or remove from the venue, without refund, any attendee whose conduct is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, violent, or incompatible with the values of the event, at the reasonable discretion of the Organizer's staff.
12. Processing of Personal Data
Personal data provided by the user during the registration and purchase process will be processed in accordance with the Mexican Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and its Regulations. 13. Modifications to the Terms and Conditions
The Organizer reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice, by publishing the updated version on the event's official website. The version in effect at the time of ticket purchase will be the one applicable to the legal relationship between the user and the Organizer.
14. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws in force in the State of Jalisco and the United Mexican States. For any dispute arising from their interpretation, performance, or breach, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Guadalajara, Jalisco, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them by reason of their present or future domicile.
15. Final Provisions
- The nullity or unenforceability of any of the clauses of these Terms and Conditions shall not affect the validity or effectiveness of the remaining provisions.
- The Organizer's failure to enforce any of the provisions contained in these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce them in the future.
